Privacy notice

This notice explains what Proven Growth does with the details you give us on this site. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect

The request form asks for your first and last name, your work email, your company, and optionally your company website, your job title and a message. That is the only personal information this site collects. If you write to us directly, we also hold your message and the address it came from.

Why we collect it

We use these details to answer your request: to read it, to prepare the buyer map or reply you asked for, and to correspond with you about it. We do not use them for anything else, and we do not add you to any list.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to twelve months so we have a record of the conversation, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

We do not sell your information, rent it, or trade it. It is seen only by the people at Proven Growth who handle your request and by the service providers that host this site and our correspondence on our behalf.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. The only outside resource it loads is a set of web fonts.

Your choices

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted. Write to kimberly.marshall@provengrowth.co, or use the request form and say what you need. If you reply "stop" to anything we send, we stop contacting you.

If this notice changes, the new version will appear on this page.
